Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in picking the pump parts to ensure that our Assembly team can build our pumps in an efficient and effective manner. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Accurately pick and prepare orders for assembly according to customer specifications and bill of materials.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products safely.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring that products are stored in their designated locations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
