Summit Pump is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Parts Picker to support our growing operations. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping production and shipping running smoothly by ensuring parts are accurately located, picked, and staged. What You Will Do

  • Review pick tickets and work orders to gather parts for production and customer orders
  • Locate and retrieve parts from bin locations and storage areas, via handheld scanners
  • Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy
  • Stage parts for production, assembly, or shipping
  • Package or wrap items to prevent damage during handling and transport
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed
  • Report inventory discrepancies or missing items to the Warehouse Manager
  • Help maintain organized inventory locations and accurate stock levels
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Assist with packing or boxing tasks as needed
  • Suggest improvements to help streamline warehouse and picking processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a warehouse, parts picking, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read and understand pick tickets and part numbers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move materials regularly
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift or material handling experience preferred (training available)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
